2. User Account & Security

When creating an account on Stylooo, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile login OTPs and password credentials.

3. Product Accuracy & Atelier Direct Pricing

We take extreme care to display the true colors, fabric textures, and embroidery details of our handcrafted ladies fashion collection. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue collections without prior notice.

4. Customer Review Reels & Commission Wallet Program

Users participating in the Stylooo Customer Review Reels program agree to the following terms:

• Reels or image reviews must feature authentic Stylooo products verified via official garment QR code scanning.
• Commission earned on successful customer purchases driven by your posted reel will be credited directly to your Stylooo Wallet Balance.
• Commissions are finalized only after the 7-day customer return window for the purchased item has successfully passed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website—such as design patterns, product photography, logos, graphics, text, and UI layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Stylooo Atelier Kolkata and is protected by Indian copyright laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
